Returns Policy
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds:
Thank you for shopping with us. We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects. However, should you not be satisfied with your purchase due to the product being damaged or missing any parts at the time of delivery, please email us immediately with details of the product and the defects at info@alutasunglasses.co.za or whatsapp us at +27839822195 and return the product to us within 7 days of such delivery.
Once we have inspected the product, we will either repair/replace/exchange the product or refund you (whichever you prefer) within 14 days.
Regrettably, no returns /exchanges on sale items.
Shipping:
We will gladly foot the bill for return shipping (SA only) on condition that the defects are not due any of the following:
▪ negligence or incorrect usage of the product;
▪ failure to adequately care for the product;
▪ unauthorized alterations to the product;
Should the reason for the return be due to no fault of our own, the customer will be liable for return shipping costs.
Returned purchases must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase enclosed.
Warranty:
Our products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. The warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and upon submission of proof of purchase. The warranty excludes lens scratches, alteration, misuse, abuse, installation of non- Aluta lenses, broken frames and normal wear and tear. We will replace or repair any of our products found to be defective during this warranty period.
Our After Sales Care Program:
We offer FREE frame fit adjustments, full cleaning, and change of nose pads. We also do minor repairs on all Aluta frames. T&Cs apply
Replacement Discount:
Should you break or damage your purchased sunglasses within 6 months from the date of purchase, you qualify for a 30% discount off the purchase price on a replacement pair. To take advantage of this discount, simply submit a photo of your Aluta sunglasses or spectacles to info@alutasunglasses.co.za. Upon receipt of your photo submission, you will receive your discount voucher code along with ordering instructions.
